Incorporation of the organization was culmination of years of hard work and dedication. TSIL with its head office in Monrovia, started its humble journey in the year 2009 executing marine and petroleum inspection works in Monrovia. Today TSIL is a well-established and fast growing marine and petroleum inspection company. TSIL’s growth story is based on the strong foundations of long term vision to position itself as a premier multi-disciplinary independent and independent inspection company capable of providing Petroleum and Marine Inspections, Collateral Management, Investigative Survey, Super-Cargo Loading and Supervision services, etc. within and outside Liberia. Use of latest technologies and equipment coupled with modern inspections and reporting management practices has been its hallmark. MANAGEMENT TEAM Mr. Samuel K. Swaray is a first generation entrepreneur, and a MBA graduate from the University of Liberia. After an initial employment of few years, he started his career as an Inspector and businessman in a humble way since early 2000. By hard work and sincere efforts, by satisfying the clients, he built up a strong foundation for venturing into other areas of operation. Our General Manager and Chief Inspector, Mr. Swaray, over the past 15 years has been trained, certificated, and worked for several International and Local Marine / Petroleum companies such as Lloyd’s Agency, LPRC, REO INT’L-LLOYD’s Agency Liberia, TOAL Liberia, etc. Our staff are highly trained professionals with wealth of experience and having previously worked with and for other inspection Companies. Our team possess a huge experience and training in petroleum, and general cargo inspection, cargo risk analysis, as well as client orientation services, professionalism, IT specialization, etc. Our Surveyors are experienced in various inspections such as; Petroleum survey, Cargo Tallying and outturn surveys, Warehouse tallying, Bunker survey, etc. They provide both and night tallying services on vessel and in warehouses to ensure safety of clients’ interests. Also, we operate at various Sea Ports in Liberia namely; Free Port of Monrovia (APM Terminals), Buchannan Port, Sinoe Port, and Port of Maryland as well as other ports outside Liberia.
