The company is registered under the Commerce Law of the Republic of Liberia as a corporation operating in the food and agricultural industry. The company is located in Mount Barclay Up – Street, Johnsonville Township, Monrovia - Liberia with plans to create operational units in other parts of the country. The company is operated by Mr. Abel P. Varney and three (3) other colleagues all of whom are active in running the company with a specific target on farming and processing operations different farming communities particularly Mount Barclay and Pleemu Town, Montserrado County, Wrepu Town and Palala Town, Bong County with a plan to extend in Grand Bassa by April 2020. Liberia Small Scale Food Processing Group Inc. is engaged in the practice of training and mentoring women and young farmers to grow food without using synthetic chemicals. The company’s endeavor is to ensure that adequate supply of food is available to meet the market demands but using a more eco-friendly means. The overall aim of this company is to reduce the huge post-harvest losses incur by local farmers in the country by creating an alternative that is more agro friendly in appreciating farmers efforts.
